Project RED

Student-Run Charity Fashion Show at Queen’s University

Established in 2010, Project Red is a charity club at Queen’s University that proudly raises funds for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. We are a fully student-run organization focused on promoting healthy, active living. We aim to positively influence university students and the Kingston community to better their health now and in the future.

Project Red's main fundraiser is the annual Charity Fashion Show, which displays the individuality and creativity of Queen's students who are ultimately devoted to a common goal. This highly anticipated event is made possible by the hard work of student designers, dancers, models, photographers, videographers and technical crews.

More than 3.5 million people across Canada of all ages, ethnicities and genders are living with these conditions, but the Heart & Stroke Foundation is on the verge of significant breakthroughs and your donation can help make them happen. Please help us raise funds to support this lifesaving research – together, we’ll beat heart disease and stroke.

Through the many fundraisers we have hosted and the help of so many friends, family members, and supporters, as of September 2025 we have raised $294,732!

Did you know that one person dies in Canada every 5 minutes from heart disease, stroke or vascular cognitive impairment?
